Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the details and benefits provided for each plan before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, users have the liberty to cancel their plan and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refunds will be as follows:


Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable and value-add packages/plans for our users.

In case any user is not completely satisfied with our products/services we can provide a refund.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase. After the 3-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund for the plan purchased. We encourage our users to try the product/ service in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Please note, this does not apply to any trial plans purchased by the user. No refunds will be provided for any of the paid trial plans, irrespective of when the user requests for it.

Refunds will be issued to the bank account / credit card linked to the original payment mode used at the time of purchase. Refund may take upto 10-15 business days (or longer) to reflect in the user's account, depending on the payment gateway & the bank. For urgent refunds (within 1 day), we may charge a small amount, depending on processing costs incurred by us from the bank's side or otherwise.
